I've created this page because I want to make a difference.
A few years ago I started to realise my "worrying" was a bit next level.
One of the factors that made me seek help to manage my anxiety was a beyondblue poster, raising awareness about anxiety and mental health.
Triathlon became one of the ways I manage my anxiety. It helps me celebrate the achievements when I step out of my comfort zone and the training helps to breakdown the constant overthinking.
So as I train for my first Ironman I'm raising funds for beyond blue as a thankyou for helping me get back on track.
